On the day of arrival, the rooms/apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the rooms/apartments by 11 a.m. at the latest. If you are leaving later, you can leave your luggage with us.

Hiking boots, mountain boots, ski boots, skis and bicycles should be stored in the bike and ski room in the basement. There is a charging cabinet for your e-bike batteries in the apartment building. Please only charge these in the fire-proof cabinet.

If you decide to book directly with us, you will always get the best possible price.

The village center is about 10-15 minutes walk from our hotel. There are supermarkets for groceries as well as numerous other shopping opportunities. There is a delivery service near the train station that conveniently delivers pizza and other delicacies directly to your hotel or apartment building.

Breakfast: 7:30 to 10:00 a.m. at the hotel

After completing the registration form, you will receive your guest card. This will give you discounts at various establishments and you can also take part in the tourist board's adventure program* and use the region's buses free of charge. If you wish, we can book the cross-country ski ticket** for you on your guest card in winter.

Washing machines and dryers are located in the basement of the hotel. Tokens are available at reception. If you require laundry services (laundry, dry cleaning), please contact our reception.

Dogs are allowed in our hotel and in the Haber Eckl. Pets are not allowed in the Appart Charlotte exclusive. (For an additional charge)

Our hotel offers you free internet. You will receive the password at reception or you can find it in the room folder. Log in to “Hotel Charlotte Guest” and start surfing.

On request, we are happy to provide our “little” guests with: cot, stroller/buggy, high chair, baby bath free of charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our houses. This also applies to vaporizers.

We have plenty of space. Park directly in front of the hotel, where the e-charging station is located, or on Claudiastrasse next to the apartment building. Underground parking spaces can be booked for a fee and subject to availability. (1 space included for Charlotte exclusive guests).

The reservation is only binding after receipt of the deposit, which must be made no later than 1 month before arrival.

Our reception is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. at the hotel reception, check-out should be by 11:00 a.m. at the latest

You are welcome to collect bathrobes and sauna towels from reception at any time. We ask that you return the bathrobes to reception.

You are welcome to settle your bill the evening before until 6 p.m. or on the day of departure from 8 a.m. We accept cash, debit cards, VISA, MASTERCARD and American Express.
